For nearly 15 years, Paul and Debbie served as senior pastors in Magnolia, Arkansas. In 2002, they resigned as pastors, and Paul began traveling to Tanzania, Africa where he worked with Dr. Egon Falk for 19 years, as the Academy of Leadership Principal. There they trained thousands of men and women as pastors, ministers, and church leaders. Today those leaders are ministering throughout Africa.
